i found the staff friendly and helpful especially with directions. the hotel provided easy access to secure, long stay car parking, very convenient for my trip. the room was also warm and clean! it was just what i needed for a quick overnight stay.
the bed was quite firm, and the pillows felt a little flat.

The room had all the basic necessities with plenty of hot water for tea. the room was warm. It offered a comfortable space to relax before my early flight the next day.

staff were quite thoughtful and accommodated my needs quickly. the staff saw i had a slight limp and promptly arranged a ground floor room, which i very much appreciated after a long day.

The staff helped me locate a forgotten item, and i was able to pick it up later. i was very grateful for their help with this matter. the location is very convenient if you're traveling to gatwick by car. the staff were lovely. Our room was a good size with plenty of space.
the floors were not carpeted, so they were quite cold.

The staff offered great attention and were helpful . They were ready and waiting with my car and keys upon our arrival back from the airport, pretty early. i felt very well taken care of!!!

The bathroom cleanliness was a real issue. the shower tray had hairs all over it and that's just nasty. also, there was some kind of brown stuff along the wall under the sink. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages? disgusting bathroom, inadequate cleanliness
